A little clarity

Before we
get started.

What kind of projects can I enquire about?

New builds, extensions, renovations, commercial projects and property maintenance. If you are unsure where your job fits, choose “Something else” in the project planner and describe it in your own words.

Do I need finished drawings before getting in touch?

You can start a conversation at any stage. Tell us whether you are exploring ideas, preparing plans or ready to discuss the work. If you already have drawings, mention them in your enquiry.

What information should I include?

The type of work, your town or area, a short description and your preferred timing are a good starting point. Include a contact number or email so the team can follow up.

Does the project planner give me a price?

The planner helps you put together a useful brief. It does not calculate a price or book building work. The scope, practical requirements and costs need to be discussed with the team.
